Reports to: Head of Sales

Purpose of the Job
To expand our products and services departments by building on our existing client base and developing new business opportunities

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Building and developing valuable and robust customer relationships with new and existing clients
  2. Understands the financial value of trade deals and assists in decision making about viability of each deal ensuring quotes and pricing are profitable.
  3. Identifies opportunities to up sell
  4. Knowledge of selling new, used and BER products into UK, European and International markets
  5. Advising customers on delivery, timing and costs and negotiating terms where appropriate in order to maintain and develop customer confidence.
  6. Foreign language skills would be advantageous along with knowledge of compliances and procedures when selling into international markets.
  7. Available to travel abroad if required to see clients or to attend sales meetings in our Dubai office
  8. Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
  9. The ideal candidate will have industry and product knowledge and at least 2 years experience working within a similar role along with a proven track record of exceeding targets

Leadership - Provides training and coaching. Management of staff. Delegation of tasks. Ensure that people have the support and tools they need.
