Laptop Repairs – TMT First is your One-Stop-Shop

At TMT First we don’t just repair mobile devices, tablets and wearables, we also repair laptops! We’re approved by Apple, Samsung and Microsoft to repair everything from a MacBook Pro to a Samsung Galaxy Book or Microsoft Surface.

Just like with phones, our technicians are fully trained, use OEM parts and diagnostics and with Samsung and Microsoft can offer in warranty repairs plus reinstate any remaining warranty too.

And all our repairs are guaranteed for a minimum of three months for additional peace of mind.

At TMT First we will also buyback your old laptop fleet, offering certified data wiping to ensure full security. We can also refurbish, repurpose or dispose of your obsolete or broken laptops (eco-friendly of course). Basically all the services we offer for mobile phones – we offer for laptops.

That means every repair goes through our industry leading quality control process, both inbound and outbound to ensure the laptop is thoroughly tested before it is either returned or resold. We can also supply refurbished laptops which have gone through our comprehensive triage, testing and grading process. Ask for our grading document to see our criteria.

We’re particularly interested in repairing your Samsung laptops, our close partnership with Samsung means we have excellent parts supply and can turn around most repairs within a few working days.

Based in Staffordshire, TMT First offers laptop repairs for the whole of the UK, whether you have one device or 1,000 to process. We offer highly competitive pricing for laptop repairs, secure and insured premises, account management and over 20 year’s experience.
