We understand that grading can be ambiguous but we make it simple and can adapt our grading processes to our customers’ grading standards.
As part of our grading system, engineers will carry out a 52 quality control inspection on each device.

Excellent condition, fully functional with no flaws
Minor cosmetic signs of use and fully functional
Medium to heavy signs of daily use with wear and tear - may have scratches and dents but fully functional
The device may have multiple functional faults and have damage including heavy wear and tear, damaged glass or casing and signs of screen burn
The device may power on but will have multiple functional faults and heavy damage with a damaged/faulty screen and casing with screen burn
