As a partner for Apple, Microsoft and Samsung to name but a few OEM’s, TMT First have access to software and diagnostics to ensure our grading and assessment services are second to none. This includes Apple GSX, Samsung GSPN and Microsoft. Our technicians are trained directly my OEM’s, so we are experts in the devices we process.
TMT First not only offer grading of devices but look to increase value with a range of services including screen polishing, screen protector replacement, battery replacement and screen burn reduction.

Clients benefit from our highly skilled technicians and are supported by our stringent quality control procedures. As part of quality control, we carry out a check on all inbound and outbound devices, including a 52-point quality control inspection and CheckMEND stolen goods check.
At TMT First we process nearly 250,000 devices per annum, in batches of 1 to 1,000. For grading, quality control and upcycling, TMT First is your service partner.
Brand new, unopened, in its original box with a manufacturer’s seal
Fully refurbished, cosmetically as new, could be in a box with a broken seal
Excellent condition, fully functional with no flaws
Minor cosmetic signs of use and fully functional
Medium to heavy signs of daily use with wear and tear - may have scratches and dents but fully functional
The device may have multiple functional faults and have damage including heavy wear and tear, damaged glass or casing and signs of screen burn
The device may power on but will have multiple functional faults and heavy damage with a damaged/faulty screen and casing with screen burn
