Who is the client?
DVB Ltd are a mobile phone broker and wholesaler. Not only are they a preferred supplier to the UK’s major distributors of mobile phones they also supply to many smaller distributors as well. They supply brands including Samsung, Apple, Nokia, HTC, Windows and HTC.
Based in Tean, in Stoke-on-Trent they are growing year on year and have been trading for approximately 23 years.
What were their requirements or what did they need help with?
They often have Samsung mobile devices that need repairing under warranty and to a certain timeframe. TMT have supported them with these repairs for more than 15 years now.
How did TMT help or what services or products did you provide?
We repaired the units under warranty and carried out the repairs in the time frame specified. DVB were able to track each stage of the repair, through the repair’s portal which our customers are given full access to.

We always work closely with our customers to ensure their specific requirements are being met. The repairs we carry out are always done to a high standard and within the time period stated, and we’ve been delighted with the feedback received from DVB.
