Now TMT First are a Samsung Accredited Service Centre, able to facilitate both in and out of warranty repairs on a range of products including Mobile Phones, Tablets, Wearables and Laptops.
To be a Samsung Accredited Service Centre our contract with Samsung ensures that we meet their strict standards for quality and assurance. This is done through ongoing training on new products and escalated technical support and regular auditing. For warranty repairs, TMT First’s costs are met by Samsung (as part of their obligations to consumers under the standard manufacturer’s warranty). Operating to defined performance metrics, we are fully supported by Samsung to service their customers.
TMT First regularly exceeds our KPI’s with Samsung such is the quality of our workmanship, we invest in our technicians and their training to give the very best service.
We have access to up the minute Samsung training, Samsung diagnostics, Samsung tooling and of course Samsung parts and components.
At TMT First we regularly hold £1m worth of parts and components, using sophisticated stock planning tools to be able to have the right parts available at the right time. What this means is a fast turnaround for repairs.
Lastly, we have partnered with Samsung to develop a sophisticated repair technique called Mobile Component Repair (MCR). It enables more complex disassembly and reassembly of a device to replace only the specific damaged components rather than replacing the entire assembly. This greatly reduces the cost of components used and offers a significantly more sustainable and budget-friendly solution.
We estimate saving over 20,000 batteries and frames per annum, a reduction in repair costs by up to £100 per device and a huge amount of carbon which benefits the environment.
