From our 43,000 sq ft service centre in Staffordshire, TMT First processes over 250,000 devices per annum and has 70+ skilled technicians on hand to repair mobile phones, tablets, laptops and wearables.
With a number of direct vendor partnerships, we have the training, tooling, diagnostics and access to genuine parts to ensure our tech repairs are industry leading. In addition we have worked with the Institute for Apprenticeships Tech Education (IfATE) to develop the Digital Device Repair Technician Apprenticeship – an industry first.
Our technicians undertake internal and external training, to such a level that TMT First have been pioneers of Mobile Component Repairs (MCR) which enables repairs of Samsung devices using fewer components. This saves our customers money on repair costs and helps the environment by using less resources. As of October 2024 we have saved over £1.3m in repair costs and 25,000 batteries.
We are firm believers of ‘keeping technology alive for longer’ and a ‘repair don’t replace’ philosophy. All our repairs are performed under service level agreements (SLA’s) which set out the timescales and responsibilities agreed between us and our clients.
