Our technicians undertake internal and external training, to such a level that TMT First have been pioneers of Mobile Component Repairs (MCR) which enables repairs of Samsung devices using fewer components. This saves our customers money on repair costs and helps the environment by using less resources. As of October 2024 we have saved over £1.3m in repair costs and 25,000 batteries.
To date we have saved our customers over £2m in repair costs and reused over 40,000 batteries that would have ended up in landfill.
