Working, non-working and beyond economical repair (BER), TMT First will buy back your old devices providing you with additional revenue which can be spent on your core services. Whether it’s a handful of devices or hundreds, we can give you a competitive price. Likewise, if you are looking to purchase graded devices to reduce your fleet costs at TMT First we can supply also.
Take the uncertainty out of repair costs, service levels and suppliers with a service agreement from TMT First. Whether your fleet is in or out of warranty, you need software or hardware repairs, we can tailor an agreement to suit your organisation for complete peace of mind.
The advantage of a service and maintenance agreement with TMT First are fixed costs, defined SLA’s with an Account Manager and a repair service to suit your organisation.
Lastly, should you need our device shredding service, it is exactly as it sounds, a dedicated machine grinding the device to small pieces, from which valuable metals can be extracted and recycled. The remainder of the components and plastics are also recycled as TMT First has a zero-landfill policy.
