I'm passionate about technology and smart solutions which are aligned to sustainability, so it’s great to work at a company that is committed to it. I have a background in IT, software engineering and business analysis, and I'm always looking for ways to improve efficiency and productivity. I enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment and the satisfaction of seeing my team succeed. I also enjoy the opportunity to learn new things and to use my skills to make a positive impact on the company.

I love the innovation side - I find it really exciting. We’re always striving for new ideas here. Adam (the founder) will come to us with a new project or innovation and as a team we have to work out how to make it happen. I really enjoy the problem solving, working through an idea and seeing it come to fruition

Our Apprenticeship

Become a Trained Technician

Since 2020 TMT First has been training highly skilled Device Technicians. We originally partnered with Samsung and have now added Apple and Microsoft to our programme. Our training includes classroom and hands-on experience which concludes in a recognised qualification.

In 2024 TMT First teamed up with the Institute for Apprenticeships Tech Education (IfATE) to deliver a UK first, the Digital Device Repair Technician Apprenticeship.
