Our Academy - Samsung Trained Technicians

Founded in 2020 we established our training academy – the home of our Digital Device Repair Technician Apprenticeship scheme – something we are very proud of.Running in partnership with Samsung, and other technical businesses in the UK, we set it up to fill a skills shortage and to ensure there’s a pipeline of skilled technicians and engineers.During a two-week intense training scheme our technicians and support staff are trained and audited by Samsung themselves.
