For out of policy repairs we can still offer a solution to assist with customer satisfaction scores.
TMT First also offer warehousing of stock so should a replacement be needed to satisfy a claim, we can ship immediately to ensure customer satisfaction.

TMT First have worked closely with Samsung on Mobile Component Repairs (MCR) which further reduce repair costs. This is achieved by using fewer components in the process of a repair – so good for cost per claim and good for the planet!
Alternatively, we can source replacement stock on behalf of our partners. In addition, we can process and grade any insurance replacement stock which our partner’s purchase. Should any partner devices be BER or just not up to insurance standards, we can buyback excess stock.
Our MI and systems integration are second to none and fully flexible, plus we are open to external auditing should it be requested.
Should our insurance partners require disposal, our device shredding is exactly as it sounds, a dedicated machine grinding the device to small pieces, from which valuable metals can be extracted and recycled. The remainder of the components and plastics are also recycled as TMT First has a zero-landfill policy.
