Repair

Being Samsung, Microsoft and Apple approved, for quality, value and speed, you can depend on TMT First. All our technicians are highly trained and only TMT First can boast that we have developed an Apprenticeship scheme alongside the education service, dedicated to digital device repairs.

TMT First will repair devices efficiently so there is always a fast turnaround at the best price possible. We can repair same day and have next day access to components should we not have the item in stock. As a result we can get you back up and running in no time. If we can’t repair cost effectively, we’ll replace it with our superfast service – and be on hand to make sure your pool of spare devices is fully replenished and operational.

Our client portal gives blue light services access to full data reporting meaning you will be able to see live device status information – keeping you in the picture.

The Account Management Team at TMT First are on hand five days a week to help with any requests or issues you may have. Whether that is looking into additional services on offer, status updates on repairs or managing replacement devices.

Service & Maintenance

Take the uncertainty out of repair costs, varying service levels and sub-standard suppliers out of the equation with a service agreement from TMT First. Whether your fleet is in or out of warranty, you need software or hardware repairs, we can tailor an agreement to suit you. Complete peace of mind.

Not to be confused with insurance, a service and maintenance contract is designed to keep your tech fleet operational by completing repairs as and when needed, all wrapped up in a service level agreement.

Supply & Buyback

Proceeds of crime, lost property or fleet upgrades, TMT First will buy back your old devices providing you with additional revenue which can be spent on your core services. Whether it’s a handful of devices or hundreds, we can give you a competitive price. Likewise, if you are looking to purchase graded devices to reduce your fleet costs at TMT First we can supply also.

Device Wipe

We understand data security is paramount and if we are wiping a device for resale or recycling, we work with Blackbelt360 to clear any data off a device down to a forensic level. We also work directly with many OEM’s and have access to Samsung GSPN, Apple GSX and Microsoft diagnostics. Regardless of OS, Blackbelt will clear all data and generate a DataWipe certificate as evidence. Likewise, BlackBelt360 software works for PC’s and Laptops.

Old devices disposal

Disposal

Lastly, should you need our device shredding service, it is exactly as it sounds, a dedicated machine grinding the device to small pieces, from which valuable metals can be extracted and recycled. The remainder of the components and plastics are also recycled as TMT First has a zero-landfill policy.
