In 2023 TMT First became an Apple Independent Repair Provider (IRP) following a rigorous accreditations process which included our dedicated team of Apple engineers gaining relevant product certifications.

As a result, TMT First now has access to the latest Apple training, tooling, diagnostic systems and genuine parts. Our Apple engineers can repair iPhone, MacBook, iMac and Apple Watch.

From screen and battery replacement to keyboard and hinge repair, our customers receive the very best service possible, knowing that their devices are being repaired to the highest standard.

At TMT First we hold extensive Apple components and parts, using sophisticated stock planning tools to be able to have the right parts available at the right time. What this means is a fast turnaround for repairs.

At TMT First we work with networks, insurers, resellers, retailers, enterprises and the emergency services. Using our self-service portal, you can track your repairs, plus we offer a diagnostic check and quote service, which means you can choose whether to repair or replace.

From 1 unit to 1,000, our highly skilled device technicians can look after your Apple products.

At TMT First we always favour repair over replace, saving not only money but also the environmental impact, but should your Apple device be beyond economical repair, we can safely, securely and environmentally dispose of it.
