Asset Collection and Disposal Process:

  • Secure Collection: TMT First will provide secure, tracked vehicles to collect assets directly from the customer’s location. After the collection, the driver will transport the assets back to our processing facility in Staffordshire.
     
  • Data Sanitisation: All collected assets will undergo secure data sanitisation using an industry-leading software solution. This process ensures that all data stored on or within the assets is completely wiped.
     
  • Certification and Reporting: Upon successful sanitisation and disposal, TMT First will provide the customer with:
    • Certificate of Destruction: This will confirm that all assets have been securely disposed of and data has been fully erased.
    • Asset Management Report: This report will include detailed information on each asset, including:
      • Asset types
      • Quantities
      • Manufacturer name
      • Model
      • Serial number
      • Asset ID
