TMT First has a talented team of people and as we continue to invest and grow, we feel it is really important to acknowledge and recognise their achievements.
We came together to recognise individual contributions across the business in 21 different categories as well as presenting awards for long service.
Categories included: Outstanding Performance, Most Developed Technician, Most Developed in Finance.
Other categories included: Most Helpful Person, Most Reliable Person, Happiest Person and Best Attitude.
In total 38 members of staff were recognised for their dedication, passion and hard work. All those recognised received a framed certificate and a shopping voucher.
Our new Chief Executive Darren Billings joined the business at the beginning of November and commented: “During my short time here I’ve been hugely impressed by the attitude, talent and commitment of the team at TMT and it was great to see those achievements recognised across the 21 categories. In total 38 staff received certificates and 17 of these awards were long service awards.
Darren added: “Staff members who has been with the company for five years’ and over were recognised and thanked for their valuable service and contribution to TMT First. I’d like to add my congratulations and thanks to everyone who received an award – your hard work and dedication is what makes TMT special and I look forward to celebrating more of our collective and individual success in the future.”
As well as our staff awards our new HR and Recruitment Manager Laura-Jane Wootton is also developing a TMT Reward and Recognition Scheme for the company as part of her role. Watch out for news on that coming soon.
