Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I have been married to my amazing wife, Danielle, for the past 13 years. Together, we are raising three incredible boys, aged 3 to 11, none of which seem to have an off switch and keep us on our toes!
I joined TMT in 2019, and in that time, I have learned and grown a lot. Throughout my time here, I’ve had the opportunity to take on various roles and projects, each of which has been very rewarding. I’m grateful for the experience I’ve already gained through TMT, and I can’t wait to continue contributing my skills and passion to our team’s success.
Tell us about your job.
I lead the account management and sales team for our repair services. Our primary focus is on nurturing strong client relationships and overseeing the day-to-day customer-facing aspects of our business. As the bridge between our valued clients and TMT’s operational teams, open and honest communication is pivotal to ensure we meet our clients’ requirements as well as effectively managing the operational team’s workloads.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
Building strong relationships with clients has always been a passion of mine, and it continues to be a driving force in my work. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping clients overcome challenges and finding innovative solutions that meet their needs.
Another aspect of my work that I particularly enjoy is problem-solving. Over the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of working on various new exciting projects that have provided me with numerous opportunities to develop new skills sets.
I also enjoy the fact that my team takes pride in delivering exceptional service and going above and beyond to exceed our clients’ expectations. I’m fortunate to work with a dedicated and talented group of individuals who share the same commitment to client satisfaction. Together, we aim to uphold TMT’s reputation for reliability and excellence in the industry.
What’s the hardest thing about your job?
While I find my job at TMT incredibly rewarding, it does come with its share of challenges. One of the most demanding aspects is managing the diverse array of client types that TMT serves, each with their unique requirements. This calls for a high level of agility in our approach to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a balance with our operational team’s processes.
What did you do before you joined TMT?
I spent 15 years in the mobile communications industry, covering various roles such as sales, customer service, account management, operations, and technical support. This diverse experience has equipped me with a well-rounded understanding of the industry and the ability to provide comprehensive solutions to our clients at TMT.
What’s your ambition?
My ambition is to continue learning and growing through my experiences at TMT while advancing my career to the next level. I am passionate about contributing to the growth of TMT and helping the company thrive.
Tell us something no-one knows about you?
Here’s something that few people know about me – I have a deep passion for caring for bonsai trees. It’s a fascinating art form where the material is ever evolving and can never truly be considered ‘finished.’
The process of developing a bonsai tree can take decades, teaching me the virtue of patience and the appreciation for slow, steady progress. I love sitting in my little Zen space, surrounded by these living works of art, it’s a welcomed bit of peace away from work and children!
