Laura-Jane Wootton has joined the team to take up the newly created position as part of our continued growth plans.
She will lead our Human Resources function, oversee everything HR related including the recruitment to our Academy and Assessments Centres as well as introducing a robust reward and recognition scheme.
Laura-Jane has a wealth of experience in the HR sector. She started her career as an HR co-ordinator before moving up the ladder to become an HR Manager where she worked in the care sector for several years.
Mum to her 11-year-old daughter she lives in Cheshire and enjoys spending time with her family when she’s not at work.
Laura-Jane said: “I am really pleased to have joined TMT. As soon as I met with the team here, I knew it was the right opportunity for me and am really looking forward to a new challenge. I love the variety of the role and working with lots of different people. Our staff are our greatest asset and I can’t wait to engage with our team here and bring in a fantastic reward and recognition scheme with even more employee benefits than there are now.”
