We Are Delighted to Announce Apple Independent Repair Provider Status

We are delighted to announce that we are participating in the Apple Independent Repair Provider (IRP) program.

It means that we have added to our growing list of manufacturer accredited relationships, having completed a rigorous accreditations process which includes our dedicated team of Apple engineers gaining the relevant product certifications.

Participation in the program also means that we will have access to genuine Apple parts, sourced from Apple and use Apple diagnostics, tools and processes to make sure Apple product repairs are completed to the highest standards.

This comes off the back of an already successful year for us which has seen our turnover grow significantly in the last 12 months and resulted in multiple award wins, including Staffordshire Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneur of the Year for our founder, as well as three wins in the Staffordshire University Business Awards and Keele University’s Breaking the Mould Awards.

Founder and Chair Adam Whitehouse said: “It has been a great year for TMT First. We are in a strong market position, and we are absolutely delighted to have become an Apple Independent Repair Provider – something we have been working hard to achieve for some time. This appointment is a testament to the hard work, expertise and dedication of our team and our continued pursuit of excellence in engineering.”

Chief Executive Darren Billings said: “This is a significant achievement and reflects our commitment to providing high quality repair services to our clients. As Apple represents over 50% of the handsets used in the UK, it is an incredible opportunity for TMT. This will open new opportunities to grow our business and will help us expand into a market that we have previously been unable to access. I would like to thank everyone here for their hard work in making this possible.”
