Over the years TMT First has been the recipient of numerous awards, not just for business achievements, but also our ESG values. In the last year we have won the King’s Award for Enterprise in Innovation, Best Repair Service at the Mobile Industry Awards and were a double award winner at the 2026 Mobile News Awards!

Notable highlights in our awards success have been a Mobile Industry Award for Sustainability in 2024, a Black Country Apprenticeship Award for the Digital Device Repair Technician Apprenticeship in 2024 and Business of the Year 2021 from the Staffordshire Sentinel.

More than regulatory box ticking, accreditations are essential in the modern world for compliance, business success and to demonstrate capability. From our authorised partnerships with Apple, Microsoft and Samsung, to our ISO certifications, TMT First is highly accredited.

Cyber and data security is the hottest topic in compliance, with TMT First holding ISO27001, Cyber Essentials Plus, Police Vetting and Police-Assured Secure Facility certifications.

We also take our environmental credentials seriously, with ISO14001, Staffordshire Business Environmental Network (SBEN) membership, (plus our Founder Adam Whitehouse is the Chair) and our commitment to tree planting with Ecologi.

With business regulation on the increase, TMT First will continue to hold accreditations at the highest level.
