Christmas Message from Founder Adam Whitehouse

Dear valued partners,

As we approach the festive season, the team here at TMT First would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for your continued support throughout 2025. Whether you are a customer, supplier, or partner, your trust and collaboration have been instrumental in helping TMT First on our journey to becoming the UK’s leading device repair provider.

This year has been truly remarkable. We are proud to have achieved ISO 27001 (Information Security) to our list of globally recognised accreditation. We also were accredited as a Police Assured Secure Facility (PASF), strengthening our commitment to security and operational excellence. Other major milestones included winning The King’s Award for Innovation in Enterprise and being named Best Repair Service at the Mobile Industry Awards. We’re pleased that the industry apprenticeship programme we worked hard to create received industry recognition, and with 3 of our apprentices nominated for regional awards, is a fantastic return for our dedication to nurturing future talent.

Our mission “keeping technology alive for longer” continues to guide everything we do. From expanding the scope of our business to include ITAD (Information Technology Asset Disposition) services, to championing sustainability initiatives, such as drastically reducing single-use plastics and our continued sponsorship of the Midlands Climate Expo, we remain focused on creating positive impact for our community, partners and environment.

Looking ahead, 2026 promises more exciting innovations as we continue to develop and prepare for another exciting year. We can’t wait to share what’s next!

To ensure we are always here for you, we’ve set up a festive period support team, ensuring you have contact points if needed during the holiday period. Though we will be here to keep things moving, there will be a few days when our amazing teams will be with their families and loved ones, and we can’t imagine you’ll be calling in on these days either:

  • Thursday 25th December
  • Friday 26th December
  • Thursday 1st January

Wishing you the Merriest of Christmas’ and the Happiest of New Years!

Adam Whitehouse
