- Disposal: Lastly, should you need our device shredding service, it is exactly as it sounds, a dedicated machine grinding the device into small pieces, from which valuable metals can be extracted and recycled. The remainder of the components and plastics are also recycled as TMT First has a zero-landfill policy.
