ISO9001 is the International Standard for Quality Management and is the world’s most recognised business standard for quality in terms of the product or service delivered to a customer.
Our Founder and Chairman Adam Whitehouse said: “The philosophy of ISO9001 is: ‘to meet and exceed customer expectation,’ so we are absolutely thrilled that we have maintained our certification.
It demonstrates first-hand just how committed we are to quality and customer satisfaction. The auditor was impressed by the professionalism and punctuality of everyone he spoke to and actually commented that he has rarely encountered such a positive and supportive working environment which was fantastic to hear.
Adam added: “Not only did we receive no majors, minors, non-conformances, or observations, but we have also maintained our exceptional commitment to Quality as evidenced by our Integrated Management System (IMS).”
