Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I’m Chris and I’ve always been interested in new technology since being a child. This could be in the form of computers, phones, and basically anything electrical. I Have always enjoyed learning how they work inside and out.
Tell us about your job?
I’m currently TMT’s Service Manager and look after our repair centre and quality control departments. It is my job to ensure we repair and refurbish all phones to the highest possible standards to both meet and exceed our customer’s needs.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy working with the dynamic and enthusiastic team here. The TMT team share the same passion for technology as I do. No one day is ever the same here.
What’s the hardest thing about your job?
Time! I definitely wish I had more time.
What did you do before you joined TMT?
I worked as a Sales team leader for Virgin media for nine years. This would involve coaching staff members and developing them to provide a: “rock star experience,” for all our customers while ensuring we met and exceeded our key performance indicators.
What’s your ambition?
I would like to develop my career and some day be head of my own department.
Tell us something no-one knows about you?
I’ve once been cage diving with great white sharks – a once in a lifetime experience for me and something I thought I’d never do.
