Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I am a happy husband, and father of a ten-year-old girl. I’ve worked in the mobile repair industry for more than 17 years, of which six years has been here in the UK at TMT FIRST. I am very passionate about what I do, I am ambitious, competitive and I am a team player.
Tell us about your job?
As I say I have been at TMT First for six years and I oversee and manage all aspects of the repairs service, including stock holding, ordering and returning parts, technical training, recruiting staff as well as new project implementation. I have overall responsibility for approximately 65 employees.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
At TMT First we are like a family and no two days are the same. I really enjoy the challenges of the job and working with such a great team.
What’s the hardest thing about your job?
There are lots of challenges in this industry and it can be challenging balancing our high standards, staying focussed and keeping our customers happy but it is very important that we do that.
What did you do before you joined TMT?
I did thesame thing but in a different country. I worked in the mobile repair industry In Romania for around 11 years, for manufacturers including Samsung, Huawei, LG, Asus and Nokia.
What’s your ambition?
I’m happy doing what I’m doing. My ambition, as always, is to leave something behind me, that both myself and those around me can be proud.
Tell us something no-one knows about you?
Not everyone knows that me and my wife have been a couple for 26 years and that number continues to grow.
And finally, what’s your motto?
If your wish didn’t come true it means you didn’t want it enough. If you really want something, make the dream come true – dreams don’t work unless you take action.
