TMT First Achieves ISO 27001:2022

TMT First Achieves ISO 27001:2022 Certification

We are delighted to announce that TMT First has officially achieved ISO 27001:2022 certification, the internationally recognised standard for information security management.

Achieving this certification is another important milestone for us as a business. It’s another step forward our ongoing commitment to excellence, innovation, and trust.

ISO 27001:2022 provides a globally recognised framework for managing and protecting sensitive data which is crucial in a world where the threat of cyber-crime and cyber-attacks is very real.

Achieving this certification demonstrates to our customers that we have the right processes, controls, and culture in place to ensure the highest levels of information security — safeguarding our business, our people, and of course our customers (giving them complete peace of mind in the process).

This new certification builds on our existing accreditations — ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety).

Together, these globally recognised standards demonstrate that TMT First is not only committed to protecting data and information but also to delivering quality, operating responsibly as an organisation, as well as supporting the wellbeing of the TMT First team.

What this means for our business and customers

Securing ISO 27001:2022 accreditation brings important benefits:

  • Trust and confidence – Customers and partners can be assured that sensitive data is handled with the highest levels of security.
  • Commitment to excellence – It demonstrates our ongoing focus on continuous improvement and best practice.
  • Future growth – This certification also puts us in a strong position to access new opportunities, partnerships, as well as innovations.

TMT First Founder Adam Whitehouse said: “This achievement reflects TMT’s dedication to maintaining the highest standards in everything we do. Information security is critical for business operation and ISO 27001:2022 certification gives our customers and partners complete confidence in the way we manage and protect sensitive data and information.

He added: “We couldn’t have achieved this without the hard work of our staff. It’s the result of months of dedication, working together and rigorous preparation to get us to this point. I’d like to say thank you to everyone who played a part in strengthening our systems and processes — from those directly involved in audits and compliance, to every member of the team whose daily commitment to high standards makes certifications like this possible.”
