TMT First Appointed By JCB Toughphone For Service and Repairs

Genuine Case Company, behind brands including JCB Toughcase and more recently JCB Toughphone, have announced the appointment of TMT First as the official service and repair centre for the JCB Toughphone and Tough Tablet.

Since relaunching the JCB Toughphone brand in 2023, the range now includes the JCB Tough Tablet, JCB Toughphone and JCB Toughphone MAX. As sales and distribution grow, the decision has been made to appoint TMT First to Service and Repair.

TMT First is known for being a Samsung Accredited Service Centre, Apple Independent Provider and most recently being at the forefront of launching the Digital Device Repair Technician Apprenticeship (a first in the UK).

Speaking about the appointment, Genuine Case Company Founder Roy Taylor had this to say, “The team at TMT First never fail to impress. They have a real passion for mobile technology, like myself, and I know they will give outstanding customer service. But given the JCB Toughphone is built to last, I’m hoping TMT First won’t get to repair many!”

All JCB Toughphones come with a two-year warranty and feature rugged specifications including Gorilla Glass, Mil-Spec, water and dust proofing, rubberised cases and certified drop testing.

TMT First are appointed to service and repair both in and out of warranty repairs for JCB Toughphone and Tablet, working with the JCB Toughphone Customer Care team.
