At TMT First we take data security very seriously. On the back of our recent Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation, we are now proud to announce two of our employees have received Police National Vetting Service Certification.
TMT First employees have received ‘Non Police Personal Vetting Full Certification’ otherwise known as NPPV2 FULL which remains in force for the next three years. It also means they are responsible for complying with the Data Protection Act 2018, the Official Secrets Act 1989, the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and other Police/Government Security policies and procedures.

If you are a Police Federation, TMT First can now offer vetted collection and delivery. So for device upgrades, trade in and repairs you can now maximise asset value and reduce your environmental impact, safe in the knowledge your tech service partner has the correct clearances.

We offer Police Federations a range of services:
Management: Our client portal TMT Connect offers full data reporting, meaning you will be able to see live device information and current status.
Supply & Buyback: Proceeds of crime, lost property or fleet upgrades, TMT First will buy back your old devices to provide additional revenue which can be spent on your core services.
Service & Maintenance: take the uncertainty of repair costs, service levels and suppliers out of the equation with a service agreement from TMT First. Whether your fleet is in or out of warranty, you need software or hardware repairs, we can tailor an agreement to suit you.
Device Wipe: Data security is paramount and if we are wiping a device for resale or recycling, we work with Blackbelt360 to provide a data wiping certificate. We also work directly with many OEM’s and have access to Samsung GSPN, Apple GSX and Microsoft diagnostics.
Disposal: Lastly, should you need our device shredding service, it is exactly as it sounds, a dedicated machine grinding the device to small pieces, from which valuable metals can be extracted and recycled. The remainder of the components and plastics are also recycled as TMT First has a zero-landfill policy.
