As the dust settles on last week’s Mobile News Awards, TMT First received a total of three Commendations – one for each award entered and our best performance to date.
The Mobile News Awards is the oldest award ceremony in the industry, dating back to 1995. It brings together all the movers and shakers in the industry at The Hilton on Park Lane London for the ceremony. Entrants put together an entry for each award they wish to enter, this is then assessed and judged by a panel of industry experts.
Last year TMT First received a commendation for ‘Best Service & Repair Partner’, this year we received a commendation for each of the following:
Being commended across the board is a clear sign we’re making waves in the industry and it’s a proud moment for the whole TMT First team. In 2024 we added Microsoft and JCB Toughphone to our vendor portfolio, saved £Millions in parts and batteries with Samsung mobile component repair and grew our business further.
The Digital Advice Repair Technician Apprenticeship became a reality and has started training the next generation of technicians, our partnership with Ecologi has seen over 50,000 trees planted and we have made the move away from single use plastics.
In 2025 we are pushing even harder to deliver customer excellence in every area, support the environment, develop our team expand our partner and customer reach.
Although an award doesn’t necessarily impact on our daily business, they are an acknowledgement that TMT first is being recognised by our peers – which is wholly appreciated as we take the business forward.
