As a Samsung Accredited Service Centre all our repairs are carried out by highly skilled and qualified technicians using Samsung parts, tooling and software. You can be confident your device is in the best hands.
Although you are welcome to drop in to discuss your repair, we would advise anyone looking to use our Samsung Support Centre to phone or email in advance. This ensures we can provide a quote based on the information received, anticipate whether we need to order parts in advance (we regularly carry over £1m of device parts) and advise how long it may take.
At TMT First’s Samsung Support Centre we can provide both in and out of warranty support, so if your device is in warranty and the repair is covered, there will be no charge. Plus, even if the repair isn’t covered, we can reinstate the remainder of the warranty once the repair is completed.
